Planning and Zoning Commission

COMMISSION OVERVIEW
The Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Members of this Commission are appointed by the Village President subject to confirmation by the Village Board. The Commission is responsible for holding public hearings and making recommendations regarding the comprehensive plan, tentative plats, Zoning Map Amendments, Special Use Permits, Zoning Code Text Amendments, Variances, and Appeals. This Commission is comprised of seven citizen members with the Village Attorney, Village Administrator, and Planning and Zoning Manager serving as advisors.
