DEPARTMENT OVERVIEWThe Community Development Department is responsible for the enforcement of locally adopted building codes, ordinances, and zoning regulations, facilitating an efficient development process, and influencing investment in the community. The department is led by the Community Development & Building Coordinator and staffed by the Planning & Zoning Manager, Code Enforcement Inspector, and Building Clerk.
