- Residential Code – 2015 ICC Intl. Res. Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings (with amendments)
- Plumbing Code – 2014 Illinois State Plumbing Code (with amendments)
- Energy Conservation Code – 2015 ICC International Energy Conservation Code (no amendments)
- Fire Code – 2015 ICC International Fire Code (with amendments)
- Life Safety Code – 2015 NFPA 101 Life Safety Code (no amendments)
- Existing Building Code – 2015 ICC International Existing Building Code (with amendments)
- Property Maintenance Code – 2015 ICC International Property Maintenance Code (with amendments)
- Pool and Spa Code – 2015 ICC International Pool and Spa Code (no amendments)
