You will be prompted to log in or create an account on the Citizenserve portal. To submit an anonymous inquiry or concern, click “Register Now” and select “Anonymous” in the Registration Type drop-down menu.
Note: You must create an account to apply for permits and licenses. Users may also track the progress of their requests with an account.
